Ingredients

8 oz block feta cheese, drained
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of ½ lemon
For the Layers
10 oz hummus (classic or roasted red pepper)
⅓ cup cucumber, diced
½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
¼ cup Kalamata olives, chopped
¼ cup red onion, finely diced
Remaining juice of the lemon
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
For Serving
