1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Clean the shiitake mushrooms and slice them into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onion.
- Heat the pan: Add oil to a large frying pan and heat over medium-high heat.
- Cook the mushrooms: Add mushrooms and onions to the pan. Sauté for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are golden brown.
- Season: Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
