Ingredients
½ – 1 cup yogurt (plain, vanilla, coconut, or Greek)
1 – 2 tablespoons jam (raspberry, strawberry, or blueberry)
Fresh or frozen blueberries
Equipment
Silicone candy molds (1–2 teaspoons per cavity)
Small offset spatula or butter knife
Instructions
- Swirl 1–2 tablespoons of jam into ½–1 cup of yogurt. Do not mix completely; leave a marbled effect.
- Fill each mold about two-thirds full with the yogurt mixture.
- Press one blueberry into each mold.
- Top with more yogurt, slightly overfilling the mold. Smooth the surface using an offset spatula or butter knife for clean edges.
- Freeze until solid, 3 hours or overnight.
- Pop out the frozen bites and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- Two-Ingredient Option: Use packaged yogurt that comes with a small jam compartment.
- Yogurt Options: Plain, vanilla, coconut, Greek, or honey-flavored yogurt all work well.
- Jam Tips: For best results, choose smooth jams or remove large fruit pieces before swirling.
- Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
