Ingredients
½ box funfetti cake mix
2 cups light whipped topping
½ cup vanilla yogurt
Rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, whipped topping, and vanilla yogurt. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour.
- Just before serving, fold in sprinkles gently. Serve with animal crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
Notes
- Use regular vanilla yogurt for best texture; Greek yogurt may make the dip too thick.
- Gently fold in sprinkles to prevent color bleeding.
- Optional: Add mini chocolate chips or a teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- If concerned about raw flour, heat-treat the dry cake mix in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes before mixing.
