Ingredients for Green Kiwi Bomb Smoothie

KIWI FRUIT: The star of this smoothie provides almost 1.5 times more vitamin C than oranges! Kiwis are rich in folate and fiber, supporting restful sleep and improved skin tone.

AVOCADO: Not only adds a luxurious creaminess but contains heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and more potassium than bananas.

SPINACH: Packed with iron and essential nutrients that your body will thrive on.

CUCUMBER: Adds refreshing hydration and a light, clean flavor that balances the richness of avocado.

LIME: Provides a bright, zesty kick while boosting the vitamin C content even further.

MINT: Adds a refreshing flavor note while aiding digestion.

COCONUT WATER: Naturally hydrating with electrolytes that replenish your body.

How to Make Green Kiwi Bomb Smoothie

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour into glass jars with lids for storage.
  4. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.

Smoothie Tip

This is intentionally a mildly savory smoothie rather than a sweet one. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of high-strength Manuka honey to your serving.

Variations

  • Add protein: A scoop of your favorite plant-based protein powder makes this a complete meal
  • Extra greens: Boost nutrition further with a handful of kale or a green powder supplement
  • Texture options: Add chia seeds for omega-3s and a slight crunch
  • Cooling boost: Double the cucumber for an even more refreshing smoothie
  • Sweetness: Add half a banana or a teaspoon of maple syrup for natural sweetness

Storage Tips

For easy grab-and-go nutrition, store your smoothie in individual glass jars with tight-fitting lids. The recipe makes enough for 5 servings, so you’ll have a nutritious option ready whenever hunger strikes.
