Ingredients

For the Salad:

6 cups mixed greens (spring mix, spinach, or arugula)

1 cup mandarin or clementine orange segments (about 34 oranges)

1 cup pomegranate arils (or ½ cup dried cranberries)

⅔ cup candied or glazed nuts (such as pecans or walnuts)

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

For the Honey Mustard Dressing:

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)

Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions
