Ingredients

1 (10 oz) jar sweet pepper jelly

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup ketchup

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

3 tablespoons honey

23 tablespoons hot sauce or chili sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

3 (12 oz) packages cocktail sausages

Optional Garnishes: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, chopped fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce
In the slow cooker, add the pepper jelly, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, hot sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

  2. Add the Sausages
Place the cocktail sausages into the slow cooker and stir until they are fully coated in the sauce.

  3. Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through.

  4. Keep Warm and Serve
Once heated through, switch the slow cooker to WARM until ready to serve. Serve directly from the crock pot or transfer to a serving dish and garnish as desired.

Notes

  • Sauce Quantity: For extra saucy sausages, reduce the amount of sausages slightly while keeping the sauce measurements the same.
  • Heat Level: Adjust the amount of hot sauce based on your preference.
  • Scaling: This recipe is easy to double for large gatherings—just use a bigger slow cooker.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
