Ingredients
Oats Base:
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut sugar (or light brown sugar, adjust to taste)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 ¼ – 1 ½ cups dairy-free milk (unsweetened almond, soy, or oat milk)
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
Optional Add-Ins:
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder (if sweetened, omit sugar above)
Cinnamon Swirl & “Icing”:
1 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ cup vanilla dairy-free yogurt (e.g., plant-based vanilla cinnamon yogurt)
Instructions

Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sugar. Add protein powder or hemp hearts if using. -
Add Wet Ingredients:
Stir in dairy-free milk and vanilla extract until fully combined. For thicker oats, use 1¼ cups milk; for slightly looser, use 1½ cups. -
Refrigerate:
Cover the bowl or divide into jars. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight. -
Prepare Cinnamon Swirl:
Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. -
Assemble Jars:
Spoon 1-2 tbsp of oats into jars, sprinkle cinnamon sugar around edges, then add more oats. Repeat until jars are full. Top each jar with 2 tbsp dairy-free yogurt. -
Serve & Store:
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
